At Ample Ace, we take pride in our international team and the diversity it brings. That's why, as we welcomed the beginning of 2024, we eagerly anticipated celebrating the Lunar New Year together.
The Lunar New Year, or the Spring Festival / Chinese New Year, is significant for many cultures across Asia and beyond. It marks the beginning of the lunar calendar and is celebrated with joyful festivities, delicious feasts, and colourful traditions passed down through generations.
At Ample Ace, we understand the importance of recognising and honouring the cultural heritage of our employees. That's why we marked the event with a special celebration that brought together colleagues from different backgrounds to share in the festivities.
Our Lunar New Year celebration started with a vibrant office space decoration adorned with red lanterns, symbolic Chinese characters, and traditional paper cuttings representing good luck and prosperity. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as colleagues gathered to exchange well-wishes, share stories about their New Year traditions, and indulge in traditional Lunar New Year delicacies.
As the festivities drew close, there was a sense of warmth and companionship. Our celebration of the Lunar New Year honoured our diverse team's traditions and left a lasting impact on our company's culture, reaffirming our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
